The Role of the Baha'is in This Age of Transition

The Wilmette Institute will be starting a course titled The Role of the Baha'is in This Age of Transition: The World Order of Baha'u'llah on Sunday, August 15. The course will focus on the three letters from The World Order of Baha'u'llah that the Universal House of Justice has asked all friends to study and that the National Spiritual Assembly has made the study theme for this year. The Wilmette Institute's three-month distance-learning course includes study questions for the letters, web-based forums for discussing the letters with other students, an excellent faculty for answering questions about the letters, and optional conference calls for live discussion of them. If you want to fulfill the House of Justice's request, especially if you wish to help others in your community to study the letters, this course should be of great assistance. Tuition for individuals is $150 and for a local study group, $300. The group will get a group mentor who can call when the group meets.

The course The Dispensation of Baha'u'llah is still available as well. It started August 1, but so far students have just been introducing themselves. The first study unit starts in a few days. More students are welcome. Already participating are 60 Baha'is in India.

The Wilmette Institute is also pleased to say that online registration has been restored, allowing students to register for courses directly on our website. Online crdit card payment is still unavailable, but should be restored soon. Meanwhile, various other payment options are available.
